These terms apply to all users of the site, please read them carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not use the website.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

In using our site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made at our store and that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (for example, card transactions flagged as potentially fraudulent by our card processing provider or one or more unreasonable credit card/PayPal chargeback claims).  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order we will attempt to contact you with the information you have provided.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our Products are sold subject to their product descriptions.  We take care that these are as accurate as possible but occasionally they may contain inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors. Likewise these may affect promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. As such all of the information on this website, including product descriptions, may not always be accurate when you place an order. In such cases we will try and contact you to resolve the issue but we reserve the right to: correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; change or update information; withdraw the product from sale or cancel orders without prior notice. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current as we are reliant on information from our suppliers as to product specification or production timescales which may change without us being informed. From time to time we may change the design and specification of our products, and product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We may also withdraw products from sale without notice. We try and deliver the best service we can but occasionally we may need to take the site offline for maintenance or updates.

All handwoven items are designed and woven by Angela Sewell. We do not copy others’ designs and each item produced is an original design.

All the images and descriptions of our handwoven products are intended to give a representation of the products in that range. Slight variations in colour may  occur. Commissioned pieces may be based on a previous design but will rarely be identical due to differences in yarn, colour batches, and the uniqueness of a handmade product.  Please contact us if you would like further information about any item.

We are unable to sell Louët products to the following countries due to exclusive local dealer arrangements within these territories; USA, Canada, Switzerland, South Korea and Japan.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES

We may on occasion offer or advertise a discount code for use on our online store. Discount codes are time limited. We also reserve the right to cancel any current discount codes without notice.

MAKING A PURCHASE

We are currently unable to sell directly to Switzerland, South Korea, Japan, USA and Canada due to our contractual agreements with Louët. If you would like to order any of our other products and you live in these countries then please email us sales@weftblown.com and we can send you an invoice for your order.
Weft Blown accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Solo and Electron. We also accept payments via Paypal and Apple Pay. For retail purchases with a value of over £1000 the preferred payment method is by direct bank transfer (BACS) but card and PayPal payment will also be accepted. All purchases made by wholesale customers are to be paid for by BACS unless another payment method has been agreed in advance.

Prices are indicated in British pounds sterling.  Our online store also features a function to display and make payment in Euros and a number of other European currencies at the current exchange rate on the day. Our website will identify your local currency based on your IP address and will present you with the option to switch the sites to your local currency if you wish to do so. Otherwise, payment in pound sterling from foreign currency bank accounts will be subject to the exchange rate to British pounds Sterling and any bank fees that are applied by your bank or credit card company. If you make payment in your local company fees should be lower or possibly not applied at all. For customers outside of the UK we are also able to accept bank wire payments in Euros - please contact us with details of your order and we will provide you with our bank details.

You may contact us via mail, e-mail or telephone to place your order and we will advise on availability of products and payment options.

For purchases made directly through our online store your method of payment will be charged at the time of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail to indicate that your order has been received. If there is a problem in processing your order or any items you have ordered are currently out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the situation.

If you contact us regarding your purchase in advance we can send you a digital invoice that will allow you to complete payment once we advise we can ship your order.

The price charged is the price published on our website at the time you made your order. Weft Blown reserves the right to alter prices with immediate effect.  Weft Blown is VAT registered; our VAT number is GB 267926947.

FLOOR LOOM PURCHASES

The price we quote you is valid for a period of 4 weeks unless otherwise stated.  To place a floor loom order we require a minimum 10% non-refundable deposit with the total balance to be paid before the loom is shipped.  Alternatively you can pay the full amount at the time of placing the order and we are also able to split payment up to 3 instalments. The full balance has to be paid before the loom can be shipped to you.  For floor loom orders final payment should be made by direct bank transfer (BACS), credit/debit card or via PayPal.  For confirmed orders we will send you an email invoice that contains details of all the items ordered, total prices and instructions on how to make a BACS secure payment or if you wish to make payment by debit or credit card then a link to a secure payment page on our online store will be provided.

Delivery timescales: We will need confirmation with the factory what the current timescales are for shipping your loom.  As the looms are made in batches there are periods when we have to wait for production to be completed before orders can be fulfilled.  Please note that floor loom delivery may take up to 14 weeks, but can also be quicker than this if orders are placed part way through or at the end of a production run.  If delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control (such as interuption to global trade, pandemic etc) for a period of 22 weeks or more then we will offer you the option of cancelling your order and will refund all payments made by you up until that point, including the 10% deposit.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact Weft Blown in the first instance to discuss the matter and so that a resolution can be sought.  We strive to provide you with the highest quality equipment and will work with our suppliers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  Floor loom returns can only be accepted in the case of product fault which cannot be resolved to the customers satisfaction, once fully agreed with Weft Blown in advance of the return. Please be aware that as these looms are made to order, the standard distance selling guidelines are exempt. Therefore we are unable to accept returns of floor looms in the event of a change of mind following delivery.
